Loved a safe, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the room. The location was marvellous, in seminyak close to the beach.

Would recomand it to all, truly enjoyed this hotel. It's fairly large hip new venue, everything is brand-new here. The location is great and perfect, 1 mile from an Echo beach. You could walk to a bakery and a mini mart. The hotel's restaurant is GOOD for breakfast during our stay.

I recently extended my stay at this hotel and I couldn't recommend it more. The staff and service are exceptional, providing friendly and professional service from beginning to end. The housekeeping and room maintenance were top-notch, and the room itself was well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary plate of fruit on my desk, a small gesture that made my day. In addition, the hotel is centrally located, with popular bars, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance. The affordable price and availability of underground parking are additional advantages.

Convenient location near central areas, with a supermart nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, from reception to security. Well-equipped rooms with good WiFi. Affordable rates and underground parking available. Enjoyed a complimentary plate of fruit, a nice touch during these tough times.

The location is amazing, close to many options for restaurants, shopping, and massages. The outside area is lovely too. The air conditioning in the room is excellent, and so is the shower. The staff is always there to help you and make you feel welcome.

The walls are too thin, and I could hear everything my neighbors were doing.

Had a great new year experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. Location was perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The pool was also a nice touch, offering a refreshing escape from the heat.

I did have some issues with noise during my stay. The walls seemed to be quite thin and I could hear guests in adjacent rooms, which was disruptive to my sleep.

The hotel's decoration was exquisite, with beautiful traditional Indonesian artwork and furniture throughout the common areas. As a senior woman, I found the overall ambiance to be calming and relaxing. The hotel also had easy accessibility for senior people, with ramps and handrails in the main areas, making it convenient for those with mobility concerns.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff when it came to activities specifically designed for senior guests. It would have been nice if the children working there could have offered suggestions or organized outings that catered to our needs.

We loved the clean rooms and the hospitality of the staff, especially Ningsih. The security guys were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient with lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. The spacious room and comfy bed were great for spending time in. The in-house spa was a bonus and the massage from Diyanna was top-notch. The duty manager, Ningsih, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Every staff member was helpful and courteous, even offering to deliver food deliveries to our room.

Our weekend stay was exceptional! The hotel's location was ideal, just a few minutes away from the beach and the main shopping areas. We were delighted with the well-equipped and clean rooms, and the friendly staff who went above and beyond. The air conditioning and showers were superb.

We were disturbed by the noise at the pool area early in the morning, which made it challenging to have a peaceful rest. the walls were thin, and we could hear the TV of the guests next door.

We were pleased with the welcoming staff and the 24-hour lobby and security, which made us feel safe and well taken care of. The location was very convenient, surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars. Additionally, we were upgraded during check-in to a spacious room with a comfortable bed. The in-house spa was a bonus, where we enjoyed one of the best massages we've ever had. Despite a few drawbacks such as some noise from neighboring rooms and occasional issues with the lifts, we had a pleasant experience overall at The Capital Hotel And Resort.
